I'm reachable on Instagram. If something feels off, hurts, or you're confused — just ask. I'm not hard to get to.

Film your work when I ask

I can't coach what I can't see. Short clips go a long way. I'll tell you when I need to see something specific.

Log your sessions

Track your weights and notes. Just enough that we can see progress and know what to adjust week to week.

Tell me when life happens

School, travel, soreness — just let me know. I'd rather adjust the plan than have you skip sessions or grind through something misaligned.

Consistency beats intensity
